Role: The candidate will be required to act as a Techno Commercial Coordinator. The candidate will play a key role in increasing the footfalls and CAM recovery from occupants & help in generating revenue of the mall. He will be responsible to ensure general mall maintenance and up keeping. The candidate will be responsible for brand promotions in the mall & also responsible for Housekeeping deliverable, security of mall, AMCs of facilities like lifts/escalators/DG sets etc. of mall.
Qualification: The candidate should be Graduate/MBA or a diploma holder in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: Min. 6 years experience at No. 1 or 2 position in Malls based in Delhi/NCR. Salary: No constraints for the suitable candidate.
