Chakli Bhajni Recipes For Making  : 1 kg Bhajni

Ingredients For Chakli Bhajni : 

  • 1½ cup Chana Dal
  • ½ cup Urad Dal
  • ½ cup Moong Dal
  • 2 cup white Rice
  • ¼ cup Sabudana (Sago)
  • 50 Grams Cumin seeds (approx 3-4 tbsp)
  • Handful of Coriander seeds

Steps For Making Bhajni 

1) Wash all dals separately. Dry each of them on separate cotton cloth. Dry them in shadow.
2) Wash Rice and drain water. Spread over a cloth and let it dry in the shade, not under direct sunlight.
3) Dry roast each dals separately on medium heat, until golden brown. Dry roast rice and Sago separately. Rice should get pinkish color (eat a small grain, it should taste crunchy). Sago should puff up a little and color should change to off-white. Then roast Cumin seeds and Coriander seeds until aromatic.
4) Let all roasted Items cool down. Mix all and grind to fine powder. This Blended Flour is used to make Chakali. 

1) To remove dirt, clean dals with damp cotton cloth. Clean each dal separately. This method can be used instead of washing.
2) All dals should be split and hulled (ie without peel).

Chakali Bhajni Recipes In Marathi : 

दिड कप चणाडाळ
१/२ कप उडीदडाळ
१/२ कप मूगडाळ
२ कप तांदूळ
१/४ कप साबुदाणा
५० ग्राम जिरे (साधारण १/४ कप)
मूठभर धणे


१) सर्व डाळी वेगवेगळया धुवून घ्याव्यात. वेगवेगळया सुती कपड्यावर सावलीत वाळत घालाव्यात.
२) तांदूळ स्वच्छ धुवून सावलीत वाळवून घ्यावेत.
३) सर्व डाळी ब्राऊनिश रंग येईस्तोवर वेगवेगळ्या भाजून घ्याव्यात. तांदूळ आणि साबुदाणे वेगवेगळे भाजून घ्यावेत.जिरे धणे भाजून घ्यावेत.
४) सर्व डाळी, तांदूळ, साबुदाणे व इतर जिन्नस एकत्र करून थंड होवू द्यावे. थंड झाले कि बारीक दळून आणावे.

१) चकली भाजणीसाठी बिनसालाची उडीद आणि मुगडाळ वापरावी. सालासकट वापरल्यास चकल्या रंगाने काळ्या होतात आणि भाजणीचा स्वादसुद्धा चांगला लागत नाही.
२) सर्व डाळींवरील पावडर काढण्यासाठी ती न धुता ओल्या पंच्याला वेगवेगळ्या पुसून घ्याव्यात. यामुळे डाळी वाळवण्याचा वेळ वाचतो. तसेच डाळी भाजताना वेळ कमी लागतो.

NASA is set to launch its first mission to examine the upper atmosphere of Mars in unprecedented detail.
The Mars Atmosphere and Volatile Evolution mission (MAVEN). to he launched on November 18 from Cape Canaveral Air Force Station in Florida, will examine specific processes on Mars that led to the loss of much of its atmosphere.
Data and analysis could tell planetary scientists the history of climate change on the Red Planet and provide further information on the history of planetary habitability.
"The MAVEN mission is a significant step towards unraveling the planetary puzzle about Mars" past and present environments." said John Grunsfeld. associate administrator for NASA's Science Mission Directorate in Washington. "The knowledge we gain will build on past and current missions examining Mars and will help inform future missions to send humans to Mars." said Grunsfeld.

AS THE first of three "grace period" months is coming to an end. a total of 2.55,412 LPG consumers have got their hank accounts linked with Aadhaar card number or unique identification number, for direct benefit transfer for LPG <DBTL> scheme in Nagpur district.
Presently, three oil marketing companies namely Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL). Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL). and Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) are catering to a total of 10.23.425 'active' LPG consumers in Nagpur dislrict. Of these. HPCL has the biggest share with 5,76.742 consumers followed by IOCL with 2,50.490 consumers:' and BPCL with 1.96.193 consumers. 

The district administration asked consumers to enroll under D6TL scheme for direct transfer of subsidy to their hank accounts. The scheme was launched in the district from October 1, and 'grace period' of three months was granted for fulfilling the requirements under the scheme. From January 1. 2014. only non-subsidised LPG cylinders will be available in the market. Those not enrolling under the scheme, will get LPG cylinder at full price.
So far. responding to DBTL scheme. 4.34.157 consumers have got their LPG consumer number linked with Aadhaar card number. The overall percentage of this linkage is 42.42 per cent. Whereas, only 2.55.412 consumers have got their Aadhaar card number linked with bank accounts. This comes to only 24.65 per cent.
According to District Supply Officer, it is mandatory for all consumers who arc ye! to become Cash Transfer Compliant (CTC) to link their Aadhaar card number with their LPG cylinder distributors and banks at the earliest to avoid last minute rush. "From January I. 2014. there will be no supply of subsidised cylinders in the market for Nagpur district." he cautioned. He also requested the consumers to link their Aadhaar card number with only one bank account, such that the subidy amount is transferred to that account only.

The Congress demand was reject ed outright by the M P Chief Electoral had been standing in water bodies for a long time and as such they do not have anything to do with the elections. In its complaint. Congress demanded a level-playing field with the BJP and sought suitable directions to "hide all ponds" where lotus is cultivated and sold. Reacting sharply, BJP spokesman Vishwas Sarang said that the Congress demand showed the party's mental bankruptcy.
By this yardstick, people should be asked to cover their hands as it is the symbol of the Congress.

San Francisco-based Vicarious developed the algorithm not for any nefarious purpose and not even to sell, said co-founder D Scott Phoenix.
Instead, he said in a phone interview. "We wanted to show we could lake the first step toward a machine that works like a human brain, and that we are the best place in the world to do artificial intelligence research." The company has not submitted a paper describing its methodology to an academic journal. which makes it difficult for outside experts to evaluate the claim. Vicarious offers a demonstration of its technology at showing its algorithm breaking CAPTCHAs from Google and eBay "s PayPal, among others, but at least one expert was not impressed. "CAPTCHAs have been around since 2000. and since 2003 there have been stories every six months claiming that computers can break them." said computer scientist Luis von Aim of Carnegie Mel Ion University.

  1. 2.      RELAXATIONS

Upper Age Limit:  Relaxable by 5yrs, 5yrs. & 3yrs years for candidates belonging to SC, ST & OBC category respectively with respect to posts reserved for them. Relaxation in age to Persons with Disabilities and Ex-Serviceman shall be as per Government directives. Those domiciled in the state of Jammu & Kashmir from 1/1/80 to 31/12/89 will be allowed 5 years relaxation in upper age limit.


Eligible candidates will be required to appear in Written Examination. On the basis of their performance in the Written Examination they will be called for Interview. Information for Written test and Interview will be provided on our website

  1. 4.      TRAINING & PROBATION:

Candidates selected as Operator-cum-Technician (Trainee) and Attendant-cum-Technician(Trainee) will be placed on training for a period of 2 Years. On successful completion of training period, they shall be regularised in S3 and S1 Grade respectively.  After successful completion of Training, Candidates shall be placed under probation for 1 year.

The emoluments for the post of Operator-cum-Technician (Trainee) and Attendant-cum-Technician(Trainee) on confirmation after 2 years of training will include basic pay, dearness allowance, reimbursement of local travelling expenses and  other facilities such as medical facility for self and family, provident fund, gratuity, LTC, etc., as per rules of the company.  In addition, House Rent Allowance will be paid only where company accommodation is not available.

  1. 6.      HOW TO APPLY:

Eligible and interested candidates would be required to apply online through SAIL’s (Career with sail). No other means/mode of application will be accepted.

Before applying the candidates should ensure that they fulfill all the eligibility norms. Their registration will be provisional as their eligibility will be verified only at the time of interview. Mere issue of admit card / interview call letter will not imply acceptance of candidature. Candidature of a registered candidate is liable to be rejected at any stage of recruitment process or even on joining, if any information provided by the candidate is found to be false or not in conformity with the eligibility criteria at any stage or if candidate fails to produce valid documentary proof in support of his eligibility.
Before registering their applications on the website the candidates should possess the following:
a)    Valid e-mail ID, which should remain valid for at least one year.
b)   Pay in Slip (SBI Challan) of Rs. 250 and rs. 150 for the posts Operator-cum-Technician (Trainee) and Attendant-cum-Technician (Trainee) as application and processing fee for General/OBC candidates. SC/ST candidates to possess Pay in Slip of Rs.50/- only as processing fee. The Pay in Slip (SBI Challan) is to be downloaded from the website after filling in the required details.
c)    Candidates should have latest passport size photograph as well as photograph of signature in digital form (.jpg or .jpeg only of less than 500 kb size) for uploading with the application form.
d)   Candidates are advised to read carefully instructions for online submission of application. The same will be available in the website itself.
e)    After applying online, the candidate is required to download the system generated Registration Slip with unique registration number and other essential details.
f)    Candidates are not required to send any document to IISCO Steel Plant at this stage. The candidates will be allowed to appear in the Written Test only if they possess the valid Photo Admit Card which will be available for downloading from the SAIL website as per schedule indicated below.


Payment through Pay-in –Slip
State Bank of India has been authorized to collect the application and processing fee, in a specially opened “Power Jyoti” account No. -31932241266 at Burnpur, on behalf of IISCO Steel PlantSAIL. Candidate has to approach the nearby SBI branch with a printout of the “SBI Challan” which is available on the Application Registration Portal. The SBI Challan printed from the Portal only should be used for depositing the fee for proper crediting of amount in the allocated account. On receipt of the money, the concerned branch of SBI will issue a unique Journal Number and a Branch Code of the branch collecting the money. This Journal Number and the Branch Code are to be filled up by the candidate during online registration. In case a candidate deposits the fee in a wrong account, or doesn’t finally submit the application form with payment details, IISCO Steel Plant will not be responsible. There will not be any other mode of collection of application/ processing fee. Also, please note that the candidate will have to bear the Bank Charges to be paid to the collection branch of SBI in addition to the applicable application/ processing fee. The SBI branches will accept the fee during banking hours up to the closing date of submission of online application. The candidates will be provided opportunity to verify their payment status after reconciliation on SAIL website and edit the payment details in case of wrong submission of Journal No. or Branch Code. No request for editing the payment details and  issue of Admit card after closure of edit option will be entertained in wrong submission cases and candidature will stand rejected. Fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances. Candidates are therefore requested to verify their eligibility before paying the application/processing fee and to fill in the payment details carefully.

  1. 8.      IMPORTANT

All correspondence with candidates shall be done through e-mail/SMS only. All information regarding examination schedule/admit card/ result of written exam/ interview schedule and call letters/ intimation regarding final selection etc. shall be provided through email/uploading on SAIL website. Responsibility of receiving, downloading and printing of admit card/interview call letter/ any other information shall be of the candidate.  IISCO Steel Plant will not be responsible for any loss of email sent, due to invalid/wrong email ID provided by the candidate or for delay/non receipt of information if a candidate fails to access his/her email/website in time.


i)               Candidates must be an Indian national possessing requisite qualification from an Institute recognised by State Govt. / Central Govt.
ii)             Candidates not satisfying the requisite eligibility criteria specified in this advertisement need not apply. All certificates and documents in support of eligibility will be verified only during the interview and any candidate, who fails to produce the same, will not be allowed to appear for interview. Therefore candidates are requested t ensure their eligibility before applying.
iii)           While applying the candidates should enter their full name as it appears in the matriculation/secondary certificate.
iv)           Candidates claiming benefit of reservation should submit Caste Certificates  in the format for appointment to posts under Government of India/ Central Government/ Public Sector Undertaking (format available in our website issued by a Revenue Officer not below the rank of Tehsildar.
v)             If the SC/ST certificate has been issued in a language other than English/Hindi, the candidates will be required to submit a self-certified translated copy of the same either in English or Hindi.
vi)           Upper age limit for PWD candidates is relaxable by 10 years. The physically challenged candidates are required to produce valid disability certificate issued by the Medical Board duly constituted as per Govt. guidelines. They have to satisfy the relaxed Physical Standard required for the posts.
vii)       Ex-servicemen are required to produce civil equivalence certificate of his / her qualification from the competent authority at the time of interview.
viii)       Candidates sponsored by Local employment exchange will have to apply in the prescribed format in the prescribed system along with requisite application/processing fees failing which they will not be considered.
ix)           Candidature of a registered candidate is liable to be rejected at any stage of the recruitment process or after recruitment or joining, if any information provided by the candidate is found to be false or is found not to be in conformity with eligibility criteria mentioned in the advertisement.
