Note:-

1. Candidate can pay the fees by using Debit/Credit card. 5% bank charges for online payment is applicable.

2. Candidates applying under Physically Handicapped Category (suffering from not less than
40% of relevant disability) need not pay the fees,provided they submit the Medical
Certificate issued by appropriate Authority.

3. Candidates applying for open category will have to pay the fees as mentioned in Column 03 above.
Candidates from Backward Class categories shall pay the fees as mentioned in column 04 above.

4. The candidates NOT submitting the caste certificate issued by the Competent Authority of Maharashtra
State and “Non-Creamy Layer” certificate along with application in case of VJ-A, NT-B, NT-C, NT-D,
SBC, OBC, ESBC & SBC-A will have to pay the Fees as mentioned in column 03 above.

5. Candidates who wish to apply against Open category vacancies shall pay the fees as mentioned in
column 03 above.

6. Applications without appropriate payment of fess than prescribed are liable to the summarily rejected.

7. Candidates are requested to make the payment of fees online through the link provided while filling
the application form online. No other mode of payment of fess will be accepted.

8. Fees once paid will not be refunded in any circumstances, nor will it be held in reserve for any further
recruitment.

9 years experience in Power Sector. Out of which at least 5 years in the area of Power Generation as Additional Executive Engineer & Dy. Executive Engineer or 2 years as Additional Executive Engineer.

40 years (As on 25/09/2014)

Note-A:
1) Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for the Candidates belonging to
    Backward Classes.

2) Upper age limit for person with Disability will be 45 years.

Prescribed qualification / experience are minimum criteria and mere possession of the same, does not entitle the candidate to be called for Online test / Selection process / personal interview. The candidates will be short listed for personal interview by applying suitable criteria.

The number of vacancies and reservation for backward classes indicated for different categories is provisional and likely to change. Such change will not be notified in Newspaper nor will be intimated to the candidates.

Candidates applying for the posts advertised should ensure that they fulfill all eligibility criteria. Their admission at all stages of the recruitment process will be purely provisional subject to satisfying the prescribed eligibility criteria mentioned in this advertisement Company will take up verification of eligibility conditions with reference to original documents only after the candidate qualifies for interview.

Those reserved category candidates who compete with the Open category candidates will be treated as Open category candidate for the purpose of recruitment / selection process.

Online test / Selection process may be conducted at Mumbai, Nashik, Nagpur depending upon the number of candidates at each location. However, incase candidates appearing for the online test at a particular place are not adequate, such candidates may be asked to appear for the test at other center. The management reserves right to increase or decrease the location for test.

For the post code Tech-2 & Tech-3 the selection process will consist of Online Test followed by Personal Interview.

For the post code Tech-1 the selection process will be through Assessment centre consist (Inbasket exercise, Group discussion, Case study, Presentation, etc) followed by Personal Interview.

All the candidates registered successfully for the post code Tech-2 & Tech-3 through online process will be called for online test irrespective of eligibility criteria.

Candidates as per merit in Online Test for the post code Tech-2 & Tech-3 will be directed to forward copy Online application and related testimonials before conduct of interview. This will be announced on Company’s website i.e. www.mahagenco.in from time to time.

The list of candidates applied for post code Tech-1 called for selection process / Personal interview and selected for the posts advertised will be published on the Company’s website i.e. www.mahagenco.in from time to time.

The list of candidates applied for post code Tech-2 & Tech-3 called for Online test / Personal Interview and selected for the posts advertised will be published on the Company’s website i.e. www.mahagenco.in from time to time.

If the number of applicants is large, then a suitable criterion will be fixed to short list the applicants for online test / Selection process.

The recruitment in MAHAGENCO is done strictly as per merit in a systematic way giving weightage to Selection process.

The Select list / Wait list will be operative for 1 year after declaration of result on MAHAGENCO Company website. As per Correction Slip No.271 dated 01.04.2000 (To G.S.O. No.112 dated 12.02.1962), Wait list will be 25% of the total vacancies.

Post Code and Post applied for must be clearly written on the envelope. Incomplete applications and those not supported by attested copies of certificates (duly attested by Govt. Gazette Officer/ Principal of Colleges/Post Master) are liable to be summarily rejected.

Canvassing in any form will disqualify the candidate.

Candidates should ensure e-mail address and mobile no. given in application form is valid till the completion of selection process.

Candidates are required to have a valid personal email ID / Mobile no. It should be kept active during this recruitment process. Under no circumstances, he/she should share/ mention email ID/ Mobile no. to/ or of any other person. In case, candidate does not have a valid personal email ID, he/she should create his/ her new email ID before applying Online.

The name of the candidate, his / her father / husband name, caste, etc. should be spelt correctly in the application form as it appears in the certificates, mark sheets. Any change/ alteration found may disqualify the candidature.

Candidates applying under reserved category has to submit Caste certificate, Caste validity, current year Non creamy Layer, etc., as applicable.

Note:

1) Application which is incomplete in any respect such as without photograph and signature / unsuccessful fee payment will not be considered as valid.

2) Female candidates who have change first / middle / last name post marriage must take special note of this. Kindly attach copy of marriage certificate and / or Gazette certificate of name change.
