REQUIREMENTS OF STAFF FOR G2 (Weather) of DISANET PROJECT of IITH
Applications are invited from Indian citizen for the following temporary positions for working in the DISANET Project undertaken with Japanese Collaboration. IIT Hyderabad is the lead Institute for tht Project and among other national level institutions, India Meteorological Department (IMD),Hyderabad is working for the Project G 2 (Weather).The staff requirements are for working under the IMD for the above project. Reimbursement of travel expenses, hotel accommodation charges while on outstation tours and local travel expenses (other than regular office-home travel) will be as per IITH norms under the DISANET Project of JICA.
All appointments will be on contract initially for Eleven months which may be renewed on the basis of annual assessment till the Project duration, currently upto 31.3.2015. The selected persons will be located in the Campus of the IMD Hyderabad and would work under the supervision/administrative control of Director in-charge, Meteorological Centre. Applications should be addressed to the Dean (R & D), IIT Hyderabad and should reach not later than 10th September, 2013. Selections will be after a personal interview. No traveling expenses payable for attending interview.
